  1. Order Cancellation
    • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
    • Cancellation after shipping is not allowed.
  2. Refunds
    • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days for prepaid orders.
    • Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit or bank transfers.
  3. Return Eligibility
    • Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products.
    • Return Window is open for 7 days.
    • Products must be in their original condition with packaging intact.

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    • Custom-made packing materials or products on clearance are not eligible for returns.
